Stamps: French Filigree BG, Curly Cute, Flight of the Butterfly
Ink: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Almost Amethyst (retired)
Paper: Very Vanilla, Early Espresso, Blush Blossom (retired), Certainly Celery, Almost Amethyst (retired)
Accessories: Grosgrain Ribbon, Scallop Punch, Butterfly Punch, Twine, Pop Dots, Soft Subtles Button
Congratulations to Trisha who became a SU! demonstrator last weekend. I admit, I copied this layout straight from my SU! Success magazine but I loved the butterflies.
I made a very similar card for Sharlene (my own upline demonstrator) who now lives in New Zealand. Ian preferred this ribbon to the one on the other card, so only this was photographed. But both were quick, cute, and fun cards to make.

The Easter Bunny?
Stamps: CrackedInk: Basic Black
Paper: Ballet Blue, So Saffron, Regal Rose, Whisper White, Old Olive
Accessories: Googly eyes (not SU!), Markers (Regal Rose, Taken with Teal, Elegant Eggplant, Bordering Blue, So Saffron), Scissors, Twine, Oval Punches, Flower Punch
I copied this idea from SplitCoastStampers.com. The grass is a strip of paper cut with a wavy top and then cut down in narrow strips to make blades, the ears and feet were done with punches, the whiskers are just thin strips of paper sewed to the "bunny" with twine. It was an easy card to make, it just took a few minutes.

Thinking of You
Ink: Elegant Eggplant, So Saffron, Always Artichoke
Paper: Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White
Accessories: Sponge, Corner Punch
For this card the ink is sponged onto the stamp giving it the soft transition between colors. After covering the stamp with ink, don't forget to "huff" on it to keep it moist before you put it to paper.

Infinite Goodness #2

Stamp sets: Infinite Goodness, Elegant Cheer
Paper: Garden Green, Basic Black, Very Vanilla
Ink: Garden Green, Basic Black
Accessories: 1 3/8" square punch, Spiral punch (ret)
For this card I just used the square punch to cut out the dragonfly image and attached them to a wide strip of black paper. I used the spiral punch to create the look of negative film and attached it to the card. The idea of the negative look came from this card on SplitCoastStampers.
